UK Mainland & Non-Mainland
We aim to ship all orders the same working day if received by 2pm. Orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands) are shipped on a next working day courier service (DPD etc.). Working days are Monday to Friday.
These dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability and circumstances outside of our control.
All orders are shipped by ‘signed for’ courier service. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday ‘business hours service’ service anticipated between 8am – 6pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified.
A £6 delivery charge will be applied to all orders under £80 (excluding VAT and Delivery) in value. For non-mainland locations the delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout.
For Non-mainland and Highland deliveries we aim to deliver within 72 hours of receipt of order. Please note we do not guarantee these delivery times as they are subject to stock availability and the delivery option available to your area by our preferred courier.
We also offer a Saturday delivery which charged at £12 per item ordered. This service is only available for deliveries to UK Mainland addresses, excluding Highlands.

If you have still not received your order of sustainable hairdressing towels, or a notice from the courier indicating that delivery of your order has been attempted, within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order has been dispatched please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PURCHASE & PAYMENT
Prices shown are in UK Pounds sterling and exclude VAT at the current rate. VAT will be added at check out.
Credit & debit card payments are processed securely by SagePay.
AFTER SALES SCRUMMI SPA DELIVERY & RETURNS
We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction with our hairdressing towel products. You can try the products before you buy by requesting a free test sample on the product page.
If you are not happy with you purchase we will happily refund any unopened product returned to us at your cost within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund any delivery charges. If the product is defective in any way we will collect the product(s) at our cost and refund the full amount including delivery charges.
We cannot accept the return of any products which are not defective and have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

To return unopened goods, please email us to obtain a returns authorisation number. We will advise you of the address to return the goods to. Please do not return goods to our office address which is the only address listed on this site.
